If the learner has not started any module or has not attended any session, they may request a refund within 48 hrs from the course start.
3.3 Course Not Started by Coursifys
If Coursifys has not initiated the course, failed to provide access, or delayed sessions beyond 15 days, a refund may be requested.
4. Duplicate Payment or Technical Billing Errors

- The learner has downloaded premium materials.
- Quizzes or assessments have been attempted.
5.3 Certification Issued

If any course access is terminated due to misuse, misconduct, sharing login credentials, or violation of Coursifys policies, no refund will be processed.
5.5 Program Already Completed
If tasks, modules, or mentoring sessions have already been successfully completed, no refund applies.
5.6 Project Work, One‑to‑One Mentoring, or Practical Training Completed
Once personalized services such as mentoring, project review, or one‑on‑one training have been provided, refunds cannot be issued.
